FDR Memorial

Leashed dogs are allowed in the FDR Memorial, which is entirely outdoors. There is a statue of FDR's dog for your dog to pose with!

Some of the highlights at this park include a carousel, a Spanish ballroom, weekend "night" programs, and year round events and educational activities. Dogs are allowed throught the grounds and at the events. Dogs must be friendly to both people and other animals, under their owner's control, leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.

An excellent park for kids and dogs. There are a number of annual dog events here and trails to job or walk on. Dogs must be leashed in the park, except within the fenced off-leash dog area. The fenced off-leash dog park is located at 11717 Orebaugh Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20902.
