Leaving a message on your branch office's voicemail line is the ideal method of contact if you want to book services, cancel visits or have a general inquiry. You can rely on us to return calls promptly to confirm receipt of your call. Please expect a return call as confirmation to all service requests and cancellations. Feel free to leave messages for us 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. (If matters require immediate attention such as last minute requests for visits or cancellations, please call us on the work cell at any time.)
If clients need to reach a staff member immediately, please call us on the work cell. Please make sure that your matter is of an urgent nature. Please also be mindful that normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
Contacting us by e-mail is an excellent way to request visits, make cancellations or inquire about services.
If you need to submit payment for services or need to mail important documents (service agreements, updated pet profiles, vet records), please send correspondence to your specific branch address.
